Facilities |
As a guest you will have complimentary use of our Relaxation lounge, change rooms, lockers, towels and herbal tea blends. For spa treatments one hour or more, you will have complimentary use of robes and slippers. Feel free to relax in our Moroccan lounge after your treatment. |
Location |
Located in Armadale’s exclusive shopping district and only 10 minutes away from the city. Our address is 1100 High Street, Armadale. High St is off Chapel St and Calma is situated midway between Glenferrie and Kooyong Roads. We are within 5 minutes walking distance from Armadale Train Station and a Tram stop is located directly in front of the spa. |
Suggested attire |
Please wear comfortable clothing. Spa attire will be provided for all spa treatments one hour or more. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear for wet treatments. We also provide disposable underwear if you forget your bathers. |
Arrival Time |
For you to enjoy the full value of your spa treatments and experience the therapeutic benefits of Calma, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before commencement of your treatment. This gives you time to fill out our Confidential Consultation card. |
Arriving Late |
Plan your time out carefully, as all treatments complete at the scheduled time. Please take ample time to find a car park and allow for traffic as we need to start our treatments on time. If you are running late, we will fit in as much of the treatment as possible. Full rate still applies. |
Gift Vouchers |
Expiry is 12 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. This voucher should be treated like cash. Calma disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. |
Parking |
For treatments 2 hours and above, we suggest you allow time to find a 4 hour or all day car park. There are plenty of 2 hour parks available on High st and at the rear of the building. You can find 4 hr car parks at the rear of the building or else all day parking is available alongside the park (off Stuart st). The park is located virtually behind the day spa. Access via the laneway. |
Cancellation |
Policy When you schedule or cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of published price of each service. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this cancellation policy. At time of booking, credit card details are required to hold the booking. For group bookings, we require a 50% deposit. |
Payment |
Cash and major credit cards accepted, however AMEX attracts a 3% surcharge. |
